How is Transfer price applied on an intercompany transfer order?

Hi,

I've a question on Intercompany transfers, will the transfer price method of cross-subsidiary fulfillment apply to intercompany transfer orders? How will the elimination process work in this regard? Is it better to use Intercompany transfer orders or Intercompany PO and SO with respect to accounting?
