Workflow Email Old Record Assistance
Hello,
I have created an ‘After Record Submit’ Workflow for Purchase Order transactions with a Sublist Action Group and Email Alert action. The condition of the action is “Old Record : Line : Expected Receipt Date != Line : Expected Receipt Date” which works perfectly when the expected receipt date of a purchase order is changed. The issue I’m experiencing is that in the body of the email “The expected receipt date has changed from {old.line.expectedreceiptdate} to {line.expectedreceiptdate}” the {old.line.expectedreceiptdate} that is referenced in the condition is not displaying.
I would be extremely grateful for any assistance.
