How to fix a Script Error

I am receiving an error when trying to print a template. The error is below and I've included the source code attached. It seems to work for all of the sales orders except one and this one is giving me this error. What could be causing this issue?

Error Message:

"The template cannot be printed due to the following errors: Error on line 60, column 228 in template. Detail... Element type "span" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>". Please contact your administrator. "
