Can you create a workflow that triggers a "Log Phone Call" form to pop up after saving a Sales Order
I'd like to create a workflow that triggers a "Log Phone Call" form to pop up after a Sales Order or Customer Payment is saved via User Interface. And the Phone Call form would automatically have the Related Records field and Customer field populated with the Sales Order or Payment transaction record and the Customer record associated with the Sales Order of Payment that triggered the workflow.
Is there a way to do that?
