Creating a subtab/sublist on a record.

Hello!

I am running into a bit of an issue trying to add a custom subtab with a sublist to a record, but can't really pinpoint where I'm going wrong.

I created a saved search that is also availbale as sublist view and its public.

I then created a subtab record, followed by a sublist record that uses this tab, and enabled it for the record type I want to display it in:

From there, I went to the record I want to see it in, and went to customize the form for it. Within the customize form page, I can see my custom subtab in this list and it is checked:
