Item saved search - show account full hierarchy

hi gurus!

I need to create a saved search of items and show the full hierarchy path of certain accounts, since this search will be used as template for adjustment.

what is the field/formula to use to bring the full path? or at least in a format to be able to use that account for adjustment.
