System Notes for a Custom Record Attached

Hi There

I have a custom record ('bank attachments') that will be attached to Netsuite Electornic Pricing Bundle's record 'bank details'.


Is there a way to log system notes of when a 'bank attachments' record is added to the 'bank details' record?
