Is there an easy way to replace the sales rep on an opportunity with a new sales rep?

We recently had a sales rep quite and would like to transfer all of their opportunities over to a new sales rep. The issue I am having is that there are multiple sales reps on the opportunity. If I use the "Overwrite Sublists" feature on the CSV import tool, it will delete the current list. Ultimately I would like to add the new sales rep and then delete the old one. Can anyone lead me in the right direction to accomplish this? Thank you for help.
