Tax Code on Purchase Orders

Is it possible for Netsuite to auto-populate the correct tax code on each line item depending on where the ship to address is?

We have multiple locations under one subsidiary.

When entering a purchase order, we will select a ship to Location, but the Tax Code line per Item will not reflect the ship to address.

For example, the ship to is Calgary, but the tax code for each line will generate 13%HST instead.
