Filter on highlights within a saved search

Good Morning

I have a saved search that highlights results that are <0, is there a way to add a filter to show only the highlighted rows? I know I could set this as the criteria, but we'd like to see all the info in one search, it would just be helpful at times to view only what's highlighted.
