Expense Commitments and Budget Validation Suiteapp

Hi

With the expense commitments and budget validations suiteapp (Netsuite suiteapp), I have set this up as follows:

The underlying saved searches are out of the box from the suiteapp (modified slightly to include additional transaction types)

I am not getting a validation error.

Am I missing anything?
