SuiteScript: Using dialog.confirm in Client Script saveRecord Entry Point Fails
So, using dialog.confirm in the saveRecord Client Script entry point does not seem to work. For some reason, dialog.confirm was built as promise object, even though by definition it should work as a modal window and halt execution of the script until the user clicks the OK or Cancel button. Instead, the script just keeps executing, in this case saveRecord, so the entire purpose of the saveRecord is negated if the validation needs to contain continue or go-back logic. Am I missing something? Is there a work-around?
