Integration: Customer Credit Limit Warning Does Not Appear
Hi All,
We are currently working on implementing Credit Limits for customers in Netsuite. The customer credit limit handling has been set to Warn only (Print Screen).
The expected behavior is that the system displays a warning to the user if customer exceeds the defined credit limit.
However, we have encountered an issue. When we create Sales order using the API, there are no warning provided, although the customer exceeds his credit limit. In addition, when users try to invoice the Sales order (UI), no warning is received.
In addition, in case we create manually Sale order or invoice without Sale order, the warning is triggered as expected.
