Netsuite Transaction Flow
I am trying to understand the workflow of orders in Netsuite. It is probably a different process depending on the company, but... According to my understanding this is how the process goes:
- A quote/estimate is created.
- The quote is turned into a sales order once a purchase order is received.
- The Sales order is fulfilled. Picked, packed, and then Shipped.
- The customer is billed through an Invoice.
One question I have is: during this process, when are inventory items adjusted? When the order is fulfilled?
