Why Is My Revenue Arrangement Created But the Revenue Plan is Not?

Hello Gurus!

I have a situation where the SO has rev rec dates input,

Item's rev rec rule is set to "create plans on revenue arrangement",

Revenue arrangement is created, but not revenue plans.


When I looked, I noticed that rev rec date fields are not populated on the revenue arrangement.

I checked mapping of date fields and they look good.
