How Can I create a Saved Search to Show LastTransaction Date?

Hi Gurus!

I looked through the archives and I am not quite seeing my use case. I need to create a saved search to show the last sales transaction date when the transaction is cash sale or SO based sale. I need the higher one of these date.

Do you have perhaps a ready search you could share or give me some tips?
