Hello Gurus,

We can edit the non-GL impact fields of a vendor bill even it is paid in full, but the problem will arise when the vendor bill got a withholding tax, in this particular case, the edit button will disappear when displaying the vendor bill record.

When I display the vendor bill list, an edit button will be available, but when I click it, it displays the following message:

"Warning : This bill already has a payment applied to it, net of applicable withholding tax. Editing is not allowed for this transaction. For more information contact your NetSuite Administrator."

My inquiry is how to allow the edit of non-GL impact fields of a vendor bill when it has a withholding tax?
