Hi,

I have created a tax Nexus for states of Illinois and California in our sandbox. All commonly suggested tick boxes are ticked on the setup taxes screen, the tax schedule has been updated to charge tax in these states, the item is taxable and the customer is taxable. However, when adding a sales order the tax code returns as 'not taxable'. I've tried to follow every article and ensure everything is set as suggested but can't find a reason as to why the tax code is not being picked up.
