Does anyone know how to add Date field from SO to RMA Advanced PDF Template.

I have an RMA and it was created from SO:

I need to get the date from this SO:

I have not found the corresponding field in the template editor.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add this field to the template or is there no such option?
