Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

How to drop-ship a Kit
The items we sell in our SuiteCommerce Standard web store have default/primary sales units of measurement in thousands of Eaches, called Ms. This breaks the web store when customers try to order anything, because the Quantity needs to be in Pallets, which have a fractional part to their M equivalent, and SuiteCommerce doesn't work with anything but whole number integers in the Quantity inputs.
To solve this problem, we packed the Items we sell into Kits which represent 1 pallet each of the item, and the customers can order Kits as whole number pallets.
That solved the problem very well, but introduced another one: When our sales reps go to the Sales Order that results from a customer placing an order in SuiteCommerce, then there is usually a Drop Ship link available for the items, but we don't see one for the Kits that represent them.
