Saved Search "Save As" functionality.

Hi,

Does anyone know how the "Save As" functionality works for Saved Searches? It looks like it wipes out the original saved search when you choose that option? I don't want the original to get overwritten, just to make a copy, hence the "Save-as", and start fresh.
