SCA || Runing Local Command for 18.2.0 Version Issue.

Hello,

I am running the local command (gulp:extension: local), but I suspect that it might not be executing successfully. Could you please verify this by checking the output or providing a screenshot?

The bundle version I'm using is 18.2.0.
