KPI forecast not showing at customer dashboard

Hi.

We used to have the Forecast KPI at the customer dashboard and we deleted but when we try to add it again it doesn't show as an option.

this image show the forecast KPI and the pipeline one.

we deleted and when we are trying to added back. It does not show in the options.

That I am missing something?
