How to print Item Receipt (Proof of Delivery)?

Our auditors are asking for proof of delivery and our finance team says using Ctrl + P to print the Item Receipt is not sufficient a format.

Is there any other way to show what goods were delivered at what date in what quantity?

I think he is wanting to see the GL impact as well as all the detail.

How can we facilitate this?

This is NOT for bar codes.
