Is there a report I can run to show transactions entered without any VAT code against them?

I need to complete the first VAT return since moving to NetSuite. I can run a report to show all transactions posted to VAT codes, but what if some transactions have been posted without any VAT code in error? I would like to review all of these too in case any corrections are needed.
