Why I am unable to download Report?

We are using Saved Search to get list of invoices and Item Fulfillment.

From last few days we are trying to download report for Period jan 2023 which is having 128419 rows.

when we try to download excel file it keeps loading and eventually it fails though its not big number. why it is happening from last 4-5 days it was working before.
