How do I customize the fields for the transaction lines of a sublist?

On a packing slip, I'm trying to add fields to the packages subtab of line items. So that a warehouse operative can add the dimensions of each package among other thing.

I can add fields to the item transaction lines, but that's the main sublist and I'm not sure how to target the line items of the packages subtab.

I thought it might have something to do with Other Sublist Fields, but the navigation for this (Custom..>Lists..>Other Sublist Fields) doesn't exist on my account.
