Anyone in Canada utilizing WMS successfully?

We have been utilizing NetSuite since mid-June and we still cannot get our WMS running properly. We are not getting satisfactory results from their support. We have failed pick tasks, duplicates, the list goes one and have now stopped using WMS to pick order and are printing reams of paper to get goods out the door.

Is there anyone successfully utilizing WMS?
