Employee Center Roles - Missing Prev and Next Arrow

Hello,

We recently rolled out Employee Center Role to majority of users to be able to create/approve PO and Vendor Bill. We received feedback from many users that they are not able to navigate to the next or prev document.

I did create a support ticket saying this basic navigation is not available within Employee Center Role and was advised that this is a limitation from Netsuite.

As this seems to be a very basic navigation feature, would like to get thoughts from the community if anyone has similar experience and any workarounds we can follow.

Here is a screenshot on how General Access user UI looks. Employee Center Role can see List, Search and not the Prev, Next arrows.
