How do I extract the IP Address Rules from the employee record

I'm trying to find employees who have ALL in the IP Address Restrictions field within the Access tab. Within an Employee saved search, the field is not selectable as criteria nor is it available for output in the results. If I use a text formula and enter {ipaddressrule} (from the SuiteScript Records Browser), NetSuite shows Field Not Found in the formula column. Is it possible to extract the IP Address Rules on an employee record via a saved search?
