Can Analytics Workbook Access System Notes?

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to access the system notes. I know it is doable in a saved search but I had trouble finding it in the workbook dataset. I am trying to pull the time stamp of when a sales order changes to "Pending Fulfillment".
