Retirement Plan Creation
We are looking at offering a SIMPLE IRA via the company, but I am not sure I see/understand the current configuration in NetSuite. If I go and select the retirement plan offering, all that is listed is a 401(k). Is there anything that would explain what needs to be done to configure a plan that is derived from the retirement plan with the company matching 3% up to the max employee's total contribution? I see where I can make a basic plan, but then when creating payroll items I am not sure which should be selected.
