Extracting Customer Pricing Data?

Hi, have a customer who has probably 100k to 150k customer custom prices. I am trying to write a saved search that can return this to a screen so it can be extracted to excel. They want to review the data and then load in price increases as appropriate.

At the moment searches i am trying based of the Pricing options timeout, i have tried the same in Analytics but after 5-10 minutes i get the same result, any tips for trying to extract large quantites of data such as this info
