Has there been a change to the line system notes when adding a new item?
We have a saved search that alerts our warehouse staff to changes made to existing orders. The trickiest part of it was catching new lines added to orders, because there was no record generated in the line system notes for a new line, at least not at the time it was created. Leaving out the convoluted way I solved that problem, there seems to have been a change (maybe after the last NS update), and now there is a record generated for new lines like this:
