SuiteCommerce - Downgrade to Shopping Only (no checkout)
I have a client who has been running SuiteCommerce shopping/checkout/my-account for 4 years and just sold the company. During the transition, they want to shut down the cart/checkout portion since they'll temporarily be unable to process orders and payments but they don't want to go into maintenance mode.
I was thinking I could just switch their domain type from "Single Domain for Web Store and Checkout" to "Web Store Only", but that seems too easy and I don't know what that does to the site as it is now (don't want them to lose the shopping pages but don't want them adding to the cart -- information only). I assume any loss of cart/checkout would also lose My Account.
