Slow performance for users in China ever since October 30th routine maintenance
Routine Maintenance was performed on our NetSuite on October 30th. Since then our users across various departments in China have been reporting a lot of slow peformance issues.
Intermittently throughout the day users getting slow responses when working on work orders, sales orders, purchase orders and running reports.
Some of the users are getting disconnected and have to log back in again to NetSuite.
We have a case open with NetSuite Support who are investigating it.
Just wondering if anyone else has expierenced slow performance issues in NetSuite since October 30th?
