RESTlet: INVALID_LOGIN_ATTEMPT on Postman

I am having trouble again with authenticating against a NetSuite endpoint. I get invalid login attempt but no login audit trail record.

These are my settings, I have tried with an access token that I got through oauth 2.0 authentication, I have read https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/chapter_1544794192.html#subsect_1559223170 as well various tutorials online. I don't know if there's a permission missing or something to that effect but I also don't know how to troubleshoot as it does not create any endpoint record/log.


Also when I try to go to this page below, I get the following error
