Why is my Custom Checkbox in Sales Orders broken?
Hi,
long time ago we created a few custom checkboxes in some records, we have workflows and save searches we use with those fields.
Today I notice they are not working and I have no idea why.
The fields are in the Sales Order transaction and when that is select as you see we don't want to send the invoice.
I have a save search that I use for the billing schedule and I include those fields in the criteria I set to show the SO that the 30 days Demo.... is false.
you see in the first image that field is True. So, don't need to appear in the results. But look it show here:
