Permissions required for SSO for Employee Center

When setting up all other roles for OKTA Single Sign On we added 2 permissions:

SAML Single Sign-on

Setup SAML Single Sign-on


The Setup SAML Single Sign-on is not available for the employee center. Therefore we cannot get the OKTA app tile to show up for employees.

Any advice?
