Quality Inspection Data

On a quality inspection, a user wants the ability to list/scan up to 100 different SKUs onto the inspection. The issue then becomes adding 100 separate data fields onto the inspection is not plausible. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to capture these 100 SKUs through the quality module? Is there a way to attach a file to an inspection?
