Accessing Suitelet Fields and Sublists Through SuiteQL?

Is it possible to access Suitelet sublists through SuiteQL? We use the File Drag and Drop bundle and attach files at the line level on Sales Orders, and are trying to get the list of attachments in a query.

We know that the data we want is stored in the sublists below, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get at that sublist data through SuiteQL:

Is this possible? If not, is there an alternative way that we can access those line-level attachments?
