replace quote and slash character query

Hi expert,

I'm using saved searches query below, to replace special characters such as " and \

in the display name of item record

REGEXP_REPLACE((case when {custbody_ps_ef_so.id} IS NULL then NVL({item.displayname},{item}) else NVL({custbody_ps_ef_so.custcol_ps_item_displayname},{custbody_ps_ef_so.item}) end), '["\\"]', '')

bu the result is still appear. Please help to correct this syntax
