SPAM in Cases

Hi,

We are getting a lot of SPAM coming into cases, we have email addresses and domains where the SPAM is coming from, how do I BLOCK these addresses and domain in NetSuite, it is getting to around 200 a day, taking a lot of time to filter through them.

The Email setup is all correct with the DKIM records and SPF records in place, just need to be able to block certain email addresses and domains, can this be done please?
