Change from type while creating lead record from website?

Hi Guys,

I hope everything is going very well!

When generating a lead from the website, the current default form type is NTM Customer Form. However, we prefer to set the default form to NTM Lead Form for all website-generated leads.

Please let us know to do that at the setup level.

In the screenshot above, when converting a lead to a customer, the form type "NTM Customer Form" is accurate.

Please provide the solution for setting the form type for lead records on an SCA website when the lead is created from the website.
