PO workflow
I started with this brand new workflow and hope to accomplish the very minimum requirement and add more once the basic is confirmed working.
Let's say this is the very minimum requirement : There could be multiple edits on the PO, but as long as the PO total is below $10, the Approve button will appear, and once the button is clicked, the PO will be approved. When the PO is edited again, it starts all over again, and shows pending approval.
Since we wanna have the workflow run every time the PO is edited, and checks the amount whether it's above $10 or under, I feel the workflow Event Definition should be On Create and On View or Update as in picture 1, but I could be wrong, and I wasn't so sure about the Trigger Type either.
