2 asset type with same COA

hi everyone,

I have a case in the asset module, where cleint has 1 asset account that has 2 lifetimes,

example

Asset type: Vehicle 4 years COA Asset Vehicle

Asset type: Vehicle 8 years COA Asset Vehicle

on the 1st there was a purchase of 2 asset vehicles,

1 motorbike is 4 years

1 car is 8 years


I have suggested just 1 asset type, and when managing the proposal, edit it, but my users are afraid that something won't change when managing the proposal.


How are these assets recognized?
