Is landed cost included in the bill of materials?

Hi There

If I have an assembly built product (e.g. a manufactured good such as shampoo), would the landed cost need to be added as a component to the bill of materials for the shampoo in order for it to be included in the standard cost of the item?

Or is it included in an inventory cost template as an overhead?
