WBS Total Estimate to Completion

in Ask A Guru 13 comments

We are applying a WBS with lines in a parent/child structure (13.1, 13.2, 13.3, ... ). The Total Estimate at Completion which is calculated by NetSuite is not totaling all the lines. It appears to be totaling lines with only Actual Cost. It is also only totaling the Actual Cost and not the Estimate at Completion Cost. Any ideas what may be happenning?
