Excellent resources on creating Java applications using NetSuite web services

I am looking for excellent resources online on creating Java applications using NetSuite web services.

I have basic to intermediate Java programming experience and I only started using NetSuite last year so if there is online resource that provides loads of programming examples of Java applications using Netsuite web services that would be great.

I have downloaded the Java sample application from https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_N3421207.html#Downloading-Sample-Applications

and it has been very useful to step through some of the code in this application to understand its workings but I was looking for more sample programs, tips, education material on creating programs in Java using NetSuite web services.
