One of our tax-exempt customers would like to place an order that does not meet the criteria of his resale certificate so we need to add tax to the order. When editing the Quote, the Tax Code section is grayed out for the Admin role. Is there a way to add tax to a customer with a resale cert on file?

In the past, we've created a secondary, taxable customer, however, that gets messy with terms and credit limits. I'd like to avoid this if possible.
